Our Theory
If teenagers, young men and women, and communities including local authorities from diverse socio-cultural backgrounds are empowered with the; tools, capacity, and constructive platforms required to work towards sustainable culture of peace, a strong foundation will be laid inspired by local ownership, painful experiences of conflicts, hardship, and interdependence
and if the families, traditional authorities , communities, schools, CSO, government and international organisation and NGOs consistently work alongside these social groups, supporting their efforts while creating conducive atmosphere(addressing systemic barriers such as unemployment, inequality, poor governance, normative frameworks) to get involve in decision-making processes that affect; their wellbeing, peacebuilding and conflict resolution (active participation), then, it will create the necessary conditions for structural and cultural transformation and communities will experience strengthened and resilient socio-cultural cohesion and diversified, sustainable livelihoods, ready to confront a common enemy,
Ultimately leading to the achievement of a peaceful, inclusive and prosperous society where everyone exercises the culture of peace and non-violence
